Susan Mulvey, Executive Producer at Diamond View Studios
Susan Mulvey is an accomplished Executive Producer with over two decades of experience leading high-profile productions across advertising, branded content, and broadcast media. Currently serving as Executive Producer at Diamond View in Tampa, she oversees complex, multi-location productions from concept through delivery — balancing creative excellence with disciplined execution.
Known for her calm leadership and ego-free collaboration style, Susan has built and guided teams that deliver impactful work for major clients including Publix, The Atlanta Braves, World Wrestling Entertainment, UF Health, ReliaQuest, and Moffitt Cancer Center. Her career spans agency and freelance roles where she honed deep expertise in production supervision, budgeting, negotiation, and post-production.
A trusted partner to brands, agencies, and crews alike, Susan is respected for her clarity, integrity, and commitment to elevating creative work while mentoring the next generation of producers. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from Penn State University, where she was also a Division I varsity athlete in field hockey.
Jacqui Garcia, Associate Creative Director at &Barr
No one crafts a better brand message or sells through words better than Jacqui Garcia. A highly awarded and experienced Copywriter, Jacqui balances both leadership and day-to-day creative output as our Associate Creative Director/Copywriter. She’s one of the most eclectic and interesting minds you’ll ever have the privilege of meeting—and has an impressive roster of ADDYs, TELLYs and CA Features to match. Any brand is lucky to reap the benefits of her seasoned strategies and quirky creative approach.
After graduating from The Portfolio Center, she headed straight for BBDO, New York. Her work on accounts like Visa, Campbell’s, M&M’s, the US Navy and FedEx got noticed, making her next stop Michigan, and then, opting for sunnier skies, Jacqui relocated to Orlando. Here, she started a freelance business, writing for brands like Steelcase, Wolverine Worldwide, Harley Davidson Footwear, JW Marriott, Hilton NY, and Smucker’s. In 2005, she became the Associate Creative Director at Push, working on Corkcicle, Orlando Health, Visit Orlando, Daytona Beach, and several other accounts.
With her love of all things advertising, Jacqui injects an element of the unexpected into every project, always thinking outside, underneath and beyond the proverbial box. Her leadership is essential within the Creative team as she works on accounts like New York Life Investments, Badcock Home Furniture &more, Habitat for Humanity and Rosen Hotels & Resorts. She guides brainstorm sessions with energy, leads projects with care and inspires young creatives to learn and grow.
A proud native of Havana, Cuba who grew up in West New York/New Jersey, Jacqui is the proud connoisseur of one of the most extensive collections of Cuban movie posters in the United States, surpassing the collections at MOMA and many other modern art museums. And if you’re wondering exactly what a Cuban movie poster is, check out Jacqui’s blog for some stellar writing, a fascinating story—and of course—some signature Jacqui charm.
