Job Overview:We’re seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our account management team. This entry-level role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to learn the ins and outs of advertising, client relations, and project coordination. You’ll assist in managing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:Assist account managers in client communication, project tracking, and campaign execution.Help coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables between internal teams and clients.Prepare presentations, reports, and research to support client strategies.Monitor project deadlines, budgets, and ensure work is delivered on time.Maintain client records, documents, and status updates in project management tools.Support in brainstorming sessions, competitive research, and industry analysis.Provide general administrative support to the account team as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (Monday, Slack, etc).A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-player mentality.Passion for advertising, branding, and creative problem-solving.
